Welcome to the Little Sprigs Art Studio website. By accessing or using our website, registering for classes, booking sessions, purchasing products, or participating in studio activities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms are intended to comply with applicable Connecticut and U.S. laws, including consumer protection and privacy standards.

1. Services

Little Sprigs Art Studio offers:

  • Children’s art classes

  • Sensory play sessions

  • Camps and workshops

  • Birthday parties and private events

  • Educational and recreational creative programming

All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

2. Eligibility & Parent Responsibility

All bookings for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian age 18 or older.

Parents/guardians acknowledge and agree that:

  • They are responsible for providing accurate registration information

  • They remain legally responsible for the participating child

  • Emergency contact information must remain current

Children may not be left unattended unless specifically stated in the program description.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Parent/Guardian Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled class or session may qualify for studio credit or transfer.

  • Missed classes, no-shows, or late cancellations are generally non-refundable.

Studio Cancellations

If Little Sprigs Art Studio cancels a class due to weather, instructor illness, low enrollment, or emergency circumstances, families may receive:

  • A makeup session

  • Studio credit

  • Or a refund at our discretion

Connecticut weather-related closures may follow local school district emergency closures where applicable.

4. Health & Safety

For the safety of all participants:

  • Sick children should not attend programming

  • Parents/guardians must disclose allergies, medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or sensory sensitivities relevant to participation

  • Some materials may contain common allergens or irritants despite reasonable precautions

Participation may involve:

  • Paint, Clay, Water play, Sensory fillers, Slime, Sand, Rice, Mud, Dough

  • Loose parts and tactile materials

Parents/guardians accept the inherent risks associated with children’s art and sensory activities.

5. Waiver of Liability

Our Liability Waiver must be signed before the start of any child or participant upon registration

6. Photography & Media Release

Little Sprigs Art Studio may photograph or record classes, artwork, or studio activities for:

  • Social media, Marketing, Website content, Promotional materials

By participating, parents/guardians consent to reasonable use of participant images unless written notice opting out is provided before participation.

No child names or sensitive identifying information will be publicly shared without additional consent. The level of consent is listed in our registration forms. You may opt out at anytime by emailing us atlittle sprigs.art@gmail.com

7. Intellectual Property

All studio content, branding, logos, artwork, graphics, educational materials, website text, and media are the intellectual property of Little Sprigs Art Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Submit false information

  • Copy or exploit website content without permission

9. Privacy

10. Connecticut Consumer Protection
